New car smell. My brother worked as a mechanic in NY. A brand new car came in for a slight mod or two. He took the sensor hoses of the "smog" machine and put it inside and turned on the machine closing the door as much as possible. In 3 minutes the machine showed dangerous levels of who knows what. 1981. Every time I have bought a new car since, I left them with open windows as much as I could for at least a few months.

Just health advice. I write them that many then it not too long takes long time for someone to read them i intend to write them long cause i don't know how to keep them short. Continuing the New Car Smell Can Be Harmful tip, if you're working on your car in the heat and where it's at already had oil and coolant spilled there. That stuff is still embedded in the concrete/asphalt and will produce harmful fumes. The sun doesn't even have to hit it. All it takes if the surrounding area to be hot to make it happen. Learned this the hard way while doing an engine swap.

There are apps you can get or even on your device now as standard that will display warmer colors on your screen as this is a well know problem. On windows it's called Night Light (Settings-System-Display). The sitting at the computer posture thing suggests people with laptops use external mice and keyboard. I for one do not and will not be typing with my hands at the level of my face thanks.

About the position of sleep: you anyway can't lie too long on the same side. And you'll have to constantly turn around and change position. That's how it goes. It's simply not comfortable to lie too long in the same position.
