Hey, everyone, I'm Neil Patel and, today, I'm gonna share with you seven unknown marketing tools that'll get you more traffic.
Unknown Marketing Tool #1:
The first tool I have for you is MeetEdgar. And here's why I like MeetEdgar: it's a social sharing tool, it's a bit different than Hootsuite and Buffer. Yes, you can schedule out, you know, your tweets and your shares on different social platforms. What MeetEdgar does is it continually shares the same article over time.
Unknown Marketing Tool #2:
The second tool I have for you is subscribers. Have you ever been browsing the web, you know, you're using your Chrome browser and then you see this notification in your browser saying, like, check this site out, check out this blog post, hey, you have seven friends who have birthdays today on Facebook. Those are all push notifications. Using Subscribers.com you can get people to subscribe to your website, it's 100% free and you can get them to keep coming back 'cause every time you have a new blog post and you're offering a new product, you can send out a message using Subscribers to all of your user base and it'll get them to come back to your website and it'll get more sales and more traffic.
Unknown Marketing Tool #3:
The third tool you ought to be using is Ubersuggest. Yes, there's SEMrush, there's Moz, there's Ahrefs, but what Ubersuggest did was take a lot of the features in those tools that you're using and, instead of charging for 'em, they released them for free. You can put in a keyword and it'll tell you more recommendations on phrases that you should add to your content to rank higher for. You can put in a URL in Ubersuggest and it'll tell you how much traffic that site's generating.
Unknown Marketing Tool #4:
The fourth tool you should be checking out is Typeform. It's a serving tool and I know what you're thinking. How's a serving tool gonna get me more traffic? Well, you're creating content on your website because you want more traffic, but instead of just creating content on whatever ideas you have, why not survey your audience, find out what they want you to write on and write on that content instead.
Unknown Marketing Tool #5:
The fifth tool I recommend for you is Canva. I know Canva's a design tool, but there's a purpose that I'm including it. With your website, when you have custom graphics, especially for your blog posts, they do way better on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, all the social sites out there. People are tired of seeing stock photography.
Unknown Marketing Tool #6:
The sixth thing you need to do, and this is more like strategy plus a tool, is A/B test your headlines. Now, most people would tell you that, hey, if you want more Google traffic, you need to create the most appealing headlines. And that's true because you know what? If you do a search for something, and you click on the second result instead of the first result, it tells Google that the second result is more relevant.
Unknown Marketing Tool #7:
The last tool I have for you is LeadQuizzes. You have people coming to your website. One of the most engaging things you can do is quiz your audience. You have a weight loss site? You can quiz 'em. Find out how to lose weight.
I know a lot of these tools aren't as common, but they work, you'll get a ton of traffic because other people aren't doing this stuff. If you have any questions, leave a comment below. Thank you for watching. Please subscribe, like, comment and share. Thank you very much.
Hi Neil, I like your videos. Very easy to understand.
I have one question, can hello bar be a landing page to let visitors leave email and download files? I think it will help visitors leave their emails.
I have tested the new version of UberSuggest and its features now appear so much clearer than before for my purpose as a blogger.
I was using Google Trends for crafting my headlines, but now my go-to tool has first become UberSuggest.
Thanks for creating this resource!
Hey Neil, I'm doing a pretty good job at maintaining my on page SEO. I use the yoast SEO plugin and I optimise all my posts with all the suggested and recommended conditions for the focus keyword I've chosen. I write all these lengthy blog posts with the right keyword density but in Google search console, it doesn't consider that keyword to rank me at all. It doesn't display the keyword in the search queries section. Why is this happening? Can you please please help me out?
Without seeing the content, I can't be too sure what you are doing wrong. Keep in mind that there are 200 factors that Google takes into considering when ranking content. It isn't just hitting a certain word count or having the right keyword density.
You talked about free consultation sessions In one of your videos, but my question is how to handle these sessions? What must be the aim of this session? Must I ask the customer his problems, and tell him where I fit in as a solution?
Or must I straightaway start helping him in the hope that he will be impressed and ask- can we work full-time on paid basis? (Type= study life coach)
I want to ask suppose i want to rank a website for 5 to 6 different keywords, Like keywords for IT company(Example) which comprises of Best web development company, Web design company in australia, Digital marketing services in Australia, Social media marketing services & Brand promotion services.
So what Seo strategy I can use to rank a particular website for these keywords.
Quality content, relevant links, skyscrapper technique. But will it be ok or do I need to build more tactics?
i have 2 business ideas or niches but i cant decide which is will be better.
1. Men's style , lifestyle , grooming
2. Finance , entrepreneurship , money.
which is a better niche or idea ? i am passionate about both of them. please help ASAP.
I would also add BuzzSumo, even though it's not unknown and it's well established among the marketers.
Use BuzzSumo's search function to find similar articles to yours and filter the ones with the most shares. You can export all the people who shared those articles and you can contact them all (Linkedin, Twitter, Email Marketing) and let them know that your article is brand new and updated with new data so that they can share it. This way you can drive more traffic, boost your shares and connect with new people in your niche.
Hope this helps. :)
I love your content and watched each and every video of yours. But, now I fee that there is nothing new with the videos. Every time it's the same tools you are talking about with a different title name. Looking for original data, please.
If you're looking for new marketing tools to test out, I would recommend searching in Google with the following search string: "tools to increase traffic on website".
The results would be dozen of amazing list posts where you could potentially find hundreds of tools to review.
You could use similar search strings for every type of tool you need.
Hope this helps. :)
Hi Neil, firstly I'd like to say that your content has helped me an incredible amount the past few months! I also am a big fan of Ubersuggest. I'm a digital marketing student currently working on building my own niche site. I have a question I'd like to ask you as a complete beginner who is currently just trying to learn the ropes- I have a .com site and I'm based in Australia. For the niche I'm in, there is much higher search volume in other English speaking countries such as the US and especially, India. I want to know if by having a .com site do I automatically reach those english speaking countries, or do I need to tinker with my site using hreflang, for example? Cheers!
Thanks for sharing your knowledge as always and helping the newbies out here. But I will like to bring your attention on "Subscriber". I strongly follow you and always try to implement whatever you recommend. The day you shared the video on Subscriber, I implemented it on my site but neither Subscriber plugin / manual setting for validation is working properly, nor drip/delay working properly as per the settings. I have tested in so many ways and it is not working properly. Even raised a ticket (Ticket no for reference Unable to verify #106) but it is almost close to 14days now, with no response back from the support the team. I am getting promotional mails from Subscribers but no response on the ticket yet. I beleive you need look into it otherwise like me many people will move out from Subscriber. I will wait for few more days based on the trust I have in you, if still no response I then need to move out from Subscribers.
Hey Neil, You responded to everyone but not me. Did I say something wrong? It is a genuine thing which I said. The first mail from Subscriber comes with your name on it. You can even review my ticket no for genuineness. I lost faith in your support so thought of highlighting to you- hoping you might help and take into consideration. Anyways thanks, I have deleted the plugin now and will not need your help now.
Hi Neil! Amazing content. May I ask a question? I'm working with a large landlord and I'm considering if I should create a website for each building he owns individually for local search? Or if I should create a single site where I create a unique page for each building? My question is specific to what would help those individual buildings rank highest for local search/apartments near me searches. Thanks!
Subscribers is 100% the "BEST" "FREE" tool I come across. I really like how the customer complexity has been removed from it and how you can schedule posts really easy. This FREE tool also makes you a better internet marketing guru. P.S. You fuc*ing rock Neil. P.P.S. Still thinking of the best way to be of more value to you so you make me the CMO of one of your agencies. I have a cool idea. How about I live with you for free for two months and you train me to your standards so I can move closer to that job? Ha ha. Q: What do you think?
Sure, push notifications can bring more traffic but how does it influence the sales? Do you think that the cost of appearing kind of spammy by asking for the permission just after page load is worthwhile? Is it easier to convert the people that accept the notification right away?
I think he asked if you think the pop-ups may increase traffic at the cost of conversion rate and brand likability. Telling him that CRO is another strategy that should be implemented doesn't really answer his question..
This video is very informative sir, I will definitely try this tool too generate more traffic on my website. Sir can you make video on "Hidden Tricks Of Making Backlinks" which are used in Multinational companies
The problem is not that Facebook and Google are the only advertising platforms. The problem is that they are considered mainstream media and without these two, the trend of cryptocurrencies gaining legitimacy is delayed. That is right, I said delayed not blocked or prevented.
The World Has Changed.
Five years ago, when bitcoin was unknown to most people, this might have been a fatal move. Today is a different story. I recently traveled to a remote mountain town in the interior of Mexico. Everyone I met had heard about Bitcoin and eyes lit up with excitement when I ask if I could pay for lunch with bitcoin.
Today are dozens of websites dedicated to cryptocurrencies, either holding them, exchanging them or just writing about them. Probably the most effective advertising remains on Google, it is called Google Search and it is free.
If someone wants to learn about owning bitcoin or any other currency, there is a ton of educational information.

Not All Regulation Is Inherently Bad.
If we examine the full spectrum of regulation to this point on a global scale there is one common target most everywhere. That is the practice of exchanges. So far there has been little or not regulation, threatened or enacted, to protect investors from loss of funds due to security breaches.
Capitulation Is A Good Sign.
