You've given me the information and the confidence to switch from Windows 10 (nightmare) to Chromebook knowing I can do everything I did before. Except, it seems, run my ipod and add new CDs to it. Watched several of your Chromebook related videos with great interest. Having teaching skills really improves the clarity of the presentation. Many thanks.

Dear Berry I tried to download Thinkorswim trading platform on Acer chrome book, but I couldn’t. The message I got” go to the web store and download the alternative app which can open this platform” but it didn’t tell which app. Can you help please?? Thank you for your great channel Mohamed
Oh yes, the CB5-571 is one of my favorites. My wife was using that model until I gave her a CB515. This model sports support for Android apps after the Chrome OS is updated. I do not have that model at hand at the moment, because we are in traveling and I only brought along the CB515 units for my wife and sons to use. So I can't test the unit to see if it supports the "ThinkorSwim Trading" app, but my guess on this is to check the Chrome OS version. It should be version 67 (Stable Channel Version) or 68 (Beta Channel) or newer for that model, as Google just released an update that fixes some issues with the Play store.

I have Acer chrome book 15-CB5-571 Thank you very much for your prompt reply.
Thank you for the question. I just went to the Play Store on my Acer Chromebook CB515 Touch and I installed the "Thinkorswim Trading" App and it works. Nice little app for trading and it does work fine. I am thinking... maybe my Acer has the updated OS? But try this: Update the Acer Chromebook's Chrome OS. I also wish to ask, "Which Acer Chromebook is having this problem?" I know that there are Acer Chromebooks, like the ..531 that do not support Android Apps, as of May 2018. Currently, I am using the Acer Chromebook CB515, which runs all of the Android apps from the play store.

selmateacher7 - Daniel Berry thanks man. I am learning a lot about chromebooks from you. Here in Brazil chromebooks are as expensive as any other notebook. It is around R$ 2000, wich is a lot. Keep up with the good work. Thanks.
That is a very fast Chromebook. But in my opinion it is too pricey. My best bet is with an Acer CB515. That is what I bought for my wife and 3 sons and they are happy with theirs as I am happy with mine. But, yes the Samsung 3 is very nice, if you can get it cheaper.
