Anyone watching this in 2018 or later: some of this has changed. Exact match keywords have been rendered almost meaningless. Google now gives itself permission to match "exact match" keywords against search terms that are significantly different than the exact keywords your bidding on. Essentially Google has made exact match nearly the same as modified broad, and almost indistinguishable from phrase match. They can take out words, put words in, change the word order, and change the actual words used. They just have to decide the intent is the same, whatever the hell that means now.

If I'm using the "Target search page location" bidding to get the first page position. It depends on the Quality Score too?

+Jose Luis Fremaint It does depend on the Quality score as well. Target search page location only affects your bid by raising or lowering it automatically. "Final placement is ultimately determined by the outcome of the ad auction, which is influenced by advertiser competition and Quality Score."
