Utility Billing Extra Tips 3 - Contact Logs Hi this is Zac Kibria and today’s video is about how to manage your Contact Logs. The contacts feature in our platform is used to records all communication between your company and your customer. In addition, it acts as audit log and tracks every change that a user makes to a customer account or anything linked to it. While contacts such as phone conversations, emails, inquiries automatically. To get into the contacts log screen first, you will want to search for a customer in the search field and once you have found them you will click the contacts tab. Next to see the details for each contact, click Details button on the right-hand side. Now manually create a contact log and on the add contact log button – fill in the required fields and click save when finished.
