Relationship Recovery → http://bptb.net/go/relationship Save My Marriage Today → http://bptb.net/go/savemarriage Daily Marriage Builder → http://dailymarriagebuilder.com ♥ Simple Ways To Strengthen Your Family Bond The strength of your family bond depends on how you create special moments together. Parenting experts say that the key to make meaningful family moments is planning. Here are simple ideas you can try: Keeping an Open Communication Open communication must not just be practiced in your marriage but must as well be extended to your kids. Regardless of your busy and conflicting schedules, always take time to sit down and talk. As much as you and your partner regularly talks, so do your children. Eat Dinner Together Make it a habit, that you share even a meal for the entire day. As a matter of fact, research reveals that eating together as a family promotes positive child development. Take the dinner time as an opportunity to get to know your kids more and vice versa. Create a Family Tradition Whether it's an annual family picture, summer out of town or special day you set for the family -- creating a family tradition strengthens the affection and togetherness of your family. Also, having fun is very important to have a healthy family and marriage. Conduct Family Interviews With technologies much available these days, you can document any family bonding you have -- with each tale, expression and feelings captured. Don't forget to make everybody's special extra special and memorable. What is the most important influence on child development | Tom Weisner | TEDxUCLA
If you could do one thing - the most important thing - to influence the life of a young child, what would that be (it’s likely not what you first bring to mind)? We want to improve the wellbeing of children - our own, in our community, and in the world, so thinking globally about this question is vital. Tom Weisner is an emeritus professor of anthropology and psychiatry at UCLA. He studies and teaches about culture and human development; families and children at risk; and evidence-informed policies to improve the lives of children and families. He has done research in Kenya on the effects on children and parents of rural-urban migration; in Delhi, India on families and children with autism; supports for working poor families in Wisconsin; families with children with disabilities in Los Angeles; hippie and countercultural families and children in California; sibling caretaking and education in Hawaii; non-parental and sibling caretaking around the world; and gratitude and school achievement among Latino adolescents and families in Los Angeles. He has served on the Board of the NGO ChildFund International. He went to Reed College (BA) and Harvard (PhD). He is married to Susan Meade Weisner, and has two sons and four beautiful grandchildren. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at http://ted.com/tedx

The Attachment Theory - How Your Childhood Affects Your Relationships
The attachment theory argues that a strong emotional and physical bond to one primary caregiver in our first years of life, is critical to our development. If our bonding is strong and we are securely attached, then we feel safe to explore the world. If our bond is weak, we feel insecurely attached. We are afraid to leave or explore a rather scary-looking world. Because we are not sure if we can return. Often we then don't understand our own feelings. Special thanks for our patroeon supporters: Ville Medeiros, Chutimon Nuangnit, Cedric Wang, Mike, Eva Marie Koblin, Julien Dumesnil, Mathis and the others. You are wonderful !!! For those who feel like they can’t help themselves, or can’t find trust through their partners of family, we recommend looking for professional support through a therapy. If you are able to form a secure attachment to a therapist, he can become the one who provides you with that secure base. Here three of possible therapies: 1. Psychoanalysis. The aim of psychoanalysis therapy is to release repressed emotions and experiences, i.e., make the unconscious conscious. In order to do that they therapist might try to bring back some childhood memories, to work at the root cause of the problem. 2. Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT). CBT is a psycho-social intervention that is widely used for improving mental health. Instead of trying to bring you back in time, it aims to explain you whats going on inside your brain and how to cope with irrational feelings or fears. 3. The Hoffmann Process. This 7-8 days guided process, designed by the American psychologist Hoffmann, brings participants back into their childhood to reconnect with their parents at the time when attachment is formed. Its very intensive. Building Strong Family Relationships | Next Breath Counseling
Building strong family relationships is imperative in keeping your family strong through difficult times. And while building bonds may seem challenging at times, sometimes just the act of simple rituals can help to develop the bond that you and your family need. We live in a very stressful culture where we may have to work long hours and hectic schedules. Sometimes, you may feel you're just in the business of existing. In times like these, it's very important to create these bonds so that every member of your family feels loved, important, and connected. Little things can a long way in engaging your children and your partner so that regardless of what is happening in the world, at your job, or at their school, every member of your family will feel that he or she is returning to a sanctuary when they go home. One such helpful activity is to use a dry erase board to write down upcoming fun family events schedule. Rotate the schedule so that every family member has a chance to select an activity. This way, everyone will have the opportunity to do something they love and with which they can connect. Secondly, take time for a digital digest every week, where everyone puts down their phones and shuts off their computers. This helps to increase the amount of face time you and your family members get with each other. Finally, regular check-ins where everyone takes their turn talking about challenges they faced or things they're thankful for helps families to feel connected. It also opens the door for communication, lets everyone feel supported, teaches your children how to share, and it allows you to model ideal behavior. TOP 10 DOGS FOR FAMILIES - Best Puppy Breed For Children
TOP 10 DOGS FOR FAMILIES - Best Puppy Breed For Children. Are you looking to find the best dog or puppy breed for children? Do you want to get a dog breed that is gentle and loving? Well today we discuss the top 10 breeds for families with kids! Welcome to this weeks episode of the Canine Show. Today we’re looking at the top 10 dogs for families. When creating this list we took 4 things into consideration; 1. Sturdiness – Kids aren’t as gentle as they should be, sometimes they play too rough and pull to hard so you need a dog that’s patient and resilient to ensure your childs safety, that’s why miniature and toy breeds won’t make the list as they are known for being nervous and delicate. 2. Energy Levels – A child friendly dog should be able to keep up with children and not become irritated or exhausted, this means very lazy and non playful breeds may not be ideal. 3. Intelligence – It’s important to have a breed that can be trained well to ensure the safety of your child, so they no what’s acceptable and to stop when they are asked to if they get to excitable. 4. Friendliness – This can vary hugely even within breeds but is of the upmost importance around children to choose a breed known for its friendly loving temperament, and avoid breeds know to be violent, nervous or impatrient. #10 – Boxer – The boxer is renowned for their love of children, they are a people breed and love to be close to their families. Boxers are very energetic and need plenty of exercise and play time so if you have an active family the boxer may just fit right in! #9 – New Foundland – This large breed are truly gentle giants, Nicknamed "Nature’s Babysitter," the Newfoundland is considered one of the most intelligent breeds in the world, and they just happen to love children and are very protective of them. #8 – Irish Setter – Known for its red coat, the Irish Setter is playful, energetic, loves being around people, and plays well with children. #7 – Dogue De Bordeaux – This giant breed is extremely loyal to his family and affectionate to a fault, they are gentle with children and are extremely protective of their pack should you require a guard breed. #6 – English Mastiff – This sweet hearted gentle giant bonds instantly with its family and loves to spend every second with them. Extremely gentle with children they make an ideal pet if you’re ok with just how huge they are. #5 – Staffordshire Bull Terrier – This breed loves nothing more than being part of the family, they are extremely loyal and gentle with children. #4 – Beagle - Beagles are a small-medium size, energetic, and very friendly. They make great family pets for all of those reasons and more. #3 – Cavalier King Charles Spaniel – The Cavalier King Charles Spaniel was bred to be the lapdog of the Spaniels. #2 – Labrador Retriever – This is one of the most popular dog breeds, and for good reason — the Labrador Retriever is playful, patient, loving, protective, and reliable. #1 Golden Retriever –The Golden Retriever is a confident, smart, kind, and loyal dog.

#bykthekid #staykid #cycle #familytime #sundaymorning Four wheel Scooter :- https://amzn.to/2OmkZMg Badminton for kids :- https://amzn.to/2OmI15L CHECK OUT MY LATEST VIDEO (MERE PAPA) :- https://youtu.be/uwqCbsQkeIY The Importance of Spending Time Together Benefits of spending time with children, communication, family time, positive parenting, self-esteem, time together The fast pace of modern day family life can make it easy to forget that simply just spending time with our children is really important. Our time is one of the greatest things we can give them. Summer time offers lots of opportunities to spend time together and some good old family bonding! Here’s why you should make quality time a priority: It builds children’s self-esteem Children who spend time with their parents participating in activities together build a positive sense of self-worth. When children feel that they are valued by their parents, they feel more positive about themselves. Family activities don’t have to be expensive trips out to be meaningful, the important part is just being together. You could go for a bike ride or play a game together. It strengthens family bonds Families who share everyday activities together form strong, emotional ties. Studies have found that families who enjoy group activities together share a stronger emotional bond as well as an ability to adapt well to situations as a family. Share your favorite hobbies, sports, books, movies or other favorite activities. It develops positive behaviours Children and adolescents who spend more time with their parents are less likely to get involved in risky behaviour. According to studies done by the National Center on Addiction and Substance Abuse via Arizona State University, teens who have infrequent family dinners are twice as likely to use tobacco, nearly twice as likely to use alcohol and one and a half times more likely to use marijuana. Children who frequently eat with their families also usually have improved dietary intake compared to those who don’t eat as often with family members. It encourages communication When you spend time with your children you are fostering an environment for open communication. Good communication is important for your children to feel comfortable with talking to about anything. Simply asking your child how their day ask gone can make a big difference. It can help your child’s academic performance Spending time helping your children with schoolwork or reading together, especially in their early years, will foster an environment that values academics. If your child feels comfortable coming to you with schoolwork, they are more likely to perform better academically. It can help your children be a good friend Children learn by example. If you are setting a good example for them by spending quality time together, they are more likely to adopt those behaviours in other relationships in their lives. Simple things like playing games together will help them understand more about interacting with others as well as teach them things like sharing and kindness. Most importantly, family time means you can just have fun and enjoy each others company! You’ve still got a little bit of time left before the children go back to school so make the most of it this weekend and do something together.

The time they spent in the group is important to parent-child bonding in that it increases the number of positive interactions in the relationship as often this is hard with todays stress and very busy parents. . Establishing a strong bond early in life strengthens the relationship between parent and child, and the benefits carry over into adult childrens relationships with their own children (Hembree-Kigin, Bodiford McNeil, and Eyberg 1995) Talent is not a requirement for art therapy group . parents and children may scribble, poke at and cut clay, use gimp, or wind tape to relieve anxiety and allow them to stay in the group and focus on the conversation and relationship. When 1,500 school children in a national study were asked what they thought made a happy family, they didn't list things like money or cars-their number-one answer was doing things together. Children want parents to show interest in their activities, do things with them, and talk with them. (Duncan, 2008) This is what the group is about! having fun whist being together. "According to Father Frost Program 2018" ❆ᛈᛞᛗ❆ PPDM-2018
Here comes the New Year! We hope that you’ve had a lot of good events. But when we talk about good events, we don’t mean buying a new iPhone or vacation in Turkey. NO! All this is little nothings of life ... And what is really important? A new video of Father Frost Mode will tell you about that. Real health is important! Not toasts with a glass of alcohol, but a healthy regime. Family happiness is important! Not funny parties, but strong family bonds and smiles of children. It's important to be positive! Not to whine about your difficulties, but solve them with a sincere smile. It's important to be self-sufficient! Not to mess around, but achieve success in your profession and business. It’s important to be communicative! Not to shut yourself up, but learn something new about the world, expand your social circle. It's important to be a friend! Not just to have fun together, but do your best, and even a little more, to help people who are close to you. It's important to be a Man! Not to seek your own profit and do meanness, but sincerely enjoy your friends’ success. It’s important to admit mistakes! Not to look for excuses, but honestly correct them. It’s important to be able to have fun! Not to cloud your brain with alcohol and drugs, but keep a human face and control over your words and actions. All this is well-known truths, these are traditional values! Denying them means going against the laws of Nature and your Blood. Therefore, it’s necessary to Be and not to seem! Be!👊🏻❌👊🏻❌👊🏻❌ ❆ᛈᛞᛗ❆ Special thanks to our friends from Thor Steinar http://thorsteinar.ru/ https://vk.com/thor_steinar_ru, without their participation, it would be much more difficult for us to implement all our plans.
