Now, we all know that target audiences are important but sometimes you're not clear about who should be in your target audience. Well, the first group that should be in your target audience, of course, are your target clients. And think about what are the types of clients that I want more of, what are my best clients who I can do the best job with those? Not that you could conceivably help anybody, but who's the best fit with it? The second area to look for identifying your target audience is your influencers. These are people that are turned to by your target client group to get advice. They may be internal people on the staff or they could be outside influencers or referral sources. So think about those second. A third area to look for your target audience is in business partners. And by business partners, I mean firms that you might either work with on a project or you might market together and do some marketing partnerships. By identifying those as a target audience, it'll help you understand who are the best ones to partner with and what do they need to hear about our firm. Finally, consider potential employees because that's a big driver for a lot of firms in terms of their ability to grow is their employees. Now, that doesn't mean these four aren't the only possible ones. You might have other people like analysts who follow your firm if you're a large publicly traded company, for example. So the market falling down each consecutive bar breaking the previous bars low and making a lower low every bar So that's very simple, here is another rally, which makes a new high and here is another decline. so now that we have that, you can see that we have formed a wave structure, markets will always move in waves, markets will never plunge down or move up unless it's an erratic day or days. Over general long periods of time, markets will always move in waves and this is very healthy. So now that we have understood a rally and decline let's move on to swing highs and a swing low. Simply put the meeting point of a rally an upmove and the immediate decline; this tent, mountain or this peak is called a swing high. the opposite of this is a swing low, meaning the meeting point of a decline and the immediate rally is a swing low. Now trends are made up of swing highs and lows, people call these by different names but all technicals follow this because a swing high is a naturally place of resistance, it basically means that the markets rallied hit a supply point, either buying diminished of too much selling happened and we fell, now the longer time frame between a swing high is untouched the more important it becomes.
