Scientists Reveal the Exercises That'll Make You Live Longer

08:05
Our body and all its complexity is a treasure that we must take special care of our whole lives. You only get one chance after all! The better you take care of your health, the happier, more comfortable, and longer a life you can lead. Bright Side is inviting you to test your body’s age, and we’ll suggest a few exercises to improve the condition of your health and reverse the hands of time (or an unhealthy lifestyle). TIMESTAMPS Test your body’s age 0:52 Let's see your results 1:49 Improve your flexibility 3:11 The downward dog pose 4:11 The child's pose 4:42 The butterfly pose 5:17 A tush push 5:53 BONUS 6:27 SUMMARY - The first thing we have to do is test your body’s age. We mean the physical capabilities that your body possesses. So if you’re actually 21 years old, but this test reveals to you that your body is more like 38, there are no paradoxes or holes in the universe here; it just means you have some things to work on healthwise. - You can improve your flexibility at any age, so don't get “bent” out of shape (heh heh, get it?). If you work hard enough, you can change your current situation. The easiest thing you can do is bend over and try to touch the floor 30 times a day. Trust us! - By bending at least 30 times a day, you’ll strengthen your ligaments and tendons and improve your flexibility as a result. Yoga stretches are also good for improving flexibility. - You could practice mastering the downward dog pose. (Arf – no not that dog!) The initial position for this stretch is an upside down V-shape with your hands and feet on the ground. After you’ve gotten into position, try to extend your tailbone up and back. - Another great yoga pose that can give you a good stretch is the child's pose. If you're not familiar with it, here's how to do it: start in a kneeling position, and then move your bottom towards your heels and rest your torso on your thighs. - You can also try the butterfly pose to improve your flexibility. It's really simple: just sit down, bend your knees, and bring the soles of your feet together, almost like you’re going to sit criss-cross applesauce but without all the crissing and crossing. Hold onto your ankles, and use your elbows to gently push your knees toward the floor. - A tush push is also a wonderful alternative to getting your flexibility back to the way it was in your younger years. To do it, you have to stand up while keeping your feet as wide apart as possible, so hold onto the back of a chair if need be. - Not that many people know about this, but you can actually exercise your muscles not only from the outside but from the inside as well! And this static gymnastics exercise is going to be a huge help for you in that. Static gymnastics helps eliminate inner muscular spasms, and by doing just one simple exercise, you release tension and enrich your body with oxygen. Do you know any other ways to improve flexibility and lower your body’s age? Let us know in the comments section below. 10 Tips Your Fitness Coach Won't Tell You About

10:01
Do you work out with a personal trainer? This is the right thing. If he or she is a real pro, you learn a lot about how exercise can affect your body or how you can lose weight fast. However, there are some tips your fitness coach may fail to tell you. And here are a few of those things. They'll make your training process much more effective! Don’t overdo it 5 to 7 days a week at the gym. - While training can affect the body and provide results, sometimes what you’re aiming for just isn’t in the cards, and you can thank your DNA for that. So keep that in mind as you set fitness goals for yourself. - After 5 to 7 sessions with a personal trainer, you should understand how to complete your workouts and have all of your fitness questions answered. - Instead of spending money on expensive sports nutrition plans, focus on learning some well-balanced recipes for healthy meals you can cook yourself. - No matter what kinds of workouts or diets you go on, cellulite doesn’t just disappear forever. - Some ab workouts, when done excessively, can have the opposite effect and make the waist appear wider. - Women who work out with increased tension and frequent short breaks tend to see more results than if they do longer reps without rest. - Eating a balanced diet of vegetables, fruits, protein, and healthy fats along with moderate workouts should help you maintain a healthy weight. - There are all kinds of great, effective exercises you can do both indoors and outdoors that give you the same results as a gym would. - More often than not, people see the best results by sticking to basic moves like lunges, planks, deadlifts, squats, and pushups Subscribe to Bright Side : https://goo.gl/rQTJZz ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Our Social Media: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/brightside/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/brightgram/ 5-Minute Crafts Youtube: https://www.goo.gl/8JVmuC Photos: https://www.depositphotos.com East News ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For more videos and articles visit: http://www.brightside.me/

Processed Food Documentary - Processed Food vs. Nutritional Needs

33:36
Processed Food Documentary: Processed Food vs. Nutritional Needs. The human body runs on food. Once, food shortage was the major concern. After the second world war, technological advances in food production led to a new era, that was characterized by an overabundance of inexpensive food, and relatively little physical activity. In the decades that followed, other sociocultural shifts continued to contribute to the changing way we ate. Women who had previously controlled most of the average family's food preparation now entered the workforce in significant numbers. And the processed food industry began to capitalize on our need for fast, convenient food. This meant that fewer meals were being cooked at home. And since convenience foods were generally higher in calories than home-cooked meals, the average person's caloric intake increased dramatically. Maya Adam, MD, is waging a battle cry against one of America’s most critical – and challenging – public health crises of our generation: childhood obesity. A lecturer at Stanford School of Medicine and in Stanford University’s human biology program, she is leading the cause through education. As always, use this info to gather more info. 03:56
You probably know a couple who both work full time to support their children, but even with their dual incomes, they’re finding it more and more difficult to afford health insurance. Everyday incidents like sports injuries, asthma, and blood pressure, combined with their anxiety over rising premiums, are turning their American dream into sleepless nights. Why can’t people catch a break? It wasn’t always this way! 11 Mistakes Everyone Make When Trying to Eat Healthy

11:01
Why can't you lose weight? You abstain from potato chips, ice cream, fast food, soda, cake, and even pizza. Your new menu consists of all the fitness guru essentials. Unfortunately, you still haven’t lost an inch around your waist! So what’s the deal here? Are you doing something wrong? Perhaps the problem is in these 11 all-too common dieting mistakes that even the biggest health nuts are guilty of! TIMESTAMPS: Choosing organic products 1:09 Going gluten-free 2:11 Buying low-fat products 3:19 Drinking fruit juices 4:18 Eating energy bars 5:10 Preferring dried fruits over whole ones 6:00 Choosing eggs with a brown shell 6:41 Drinking sports drinks 7:27 Buying imported products 8:27 Eating granola 9:10 Cutting food intake without counting calories 9:46 #healthyfood #dietmistakes Music: https://www.youtube.com/audiolibrary/music SUMMARY: - When growing organic products, farmers don’t use synthetic pesticides. Instead, they’re replaced with natural pesticides, the side effects of which haven’t really been studied thoroughly. - According to the latest research, abstaining from whole grains, which are full of gluten, increases a person’s risk of developing cardiovascular disease. - Our bodies actually do need fat, and excluding it from your diet is only recommend for real medical reasons. In all other cases, simply cutting down on your fat intake and being smart about what kinds of fats you consume will be enough. - If it contains the word “fruit” in it, how could drinking fruit juices possibly be bad for you? Well, this type of drink contains loads of sugar and calories. Plus, they don’t have any dietary fiber. - Most bars contain sugar, chocolate glaze, caramel, artificial flavors, and other additives. They’re no different from ordinary sweets when it comes to sugar content, while the amount of calories in them equals a full-fledged meal! - Sports drinks, like a lot of the items on this list, contain tons of sugar, corn syrup, artificial food additives, and colorants. - The hype around granola has been created mostly by marketing experts. Sure, it’s got fiber and iron, but granola also contains a lot of sugar and some not-so-healthy oils that definitely aren’t gonna help you achieve your dream bod. Drink a Glass of Coconut Water for 2 Weeks, See What Happens to Your Body

09:30
Once upon a time, coconut water was only to be found in health stores. Now, this drink is so mainstream that it can be purchased from almost every grocery store. If you’re in the habit of chugging down a sports drink before or after working out, then here’s a better option for you! Sports drinks are usually packed with sugar, but you can find coconut water with a very low sugar content and get the same benefits that you would from a sports drink. Coconut water is designed to replenish the nutrients lost from sweating and physical exertion. TIMESTAMPS: It’s a good source of potassium 0:43 It’s a better choice than a sports drink 1:28 It packs a ton of electrolytes 2:02 It acts as a diuretic 3:00 It has antibacterial properties 3:34 It keeps your heart healthy 4:17 It can help you keep hydrated 5:14 Negative side effects 6:00 #coconutwater #helthydiet Music by Epidemic Sound https://www.epidemicsound.com/ SUMMARY: - One cup of coconut water contains about 17% of the recommended daily intake, making it a great source of potassium. - If you have diarrhea, are vomiting, sweat too much, or simply have an inadequate diet that doesn’t give you your minerals, you could suffer from an electrolyte imbalance...but not if you drink coconut water every day! - It also helps to cleanse the urinary tract, thus reducing your chances of getting a urinary tract infection. - Coconut water carries tannins, which are phytochemical components known to have anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial effects. - According to a 2014 report in the journal Stroke, potassium can “ward off stroke and prevent early death in women.” - Coconut water shouldn’t replace regular water but should be used to keep you even more hydrated. - If you drink 2 large bottles, you’d be getting almost all of your sodium intake just from that drink. - Coconut water isn’t going to be good for you if it’s packed with sugar and adds to your calories. - Drinking it every day can definitely put you over your recommended daily calorie intake. - Be careful not to confuse coconut water with coconut milk! They’re both delicious, but coconut milk is extremely high in coconut fat and should be drunk as an occasional treat to maintain a healthy weight. Vegan Nutrition: Pure and Simple by Michael Klaper, M.D.

01:35:29
Vegan Nutrition: Pure and Simple by Michael Klaper, M.D. Dr. Michael Klaper, is a gifted clinician, internationally recognized teacher, and sought-after speaker on diet and health. He has practiced medicine for more than 40 years and is a leading educator in applied plant-based nutrition and integrative medicine. He is also the author of a successful book on cholesterol-free nutrition and an upcoming title (to be announced in 2018), as well as numerous DVDs and Videos on Demand, a series of “Healthy YOU Webinars,” and dozens of articles. A source of inspiration advocating plant-based diets and the end of animal cruelty worldwide, Dr. Klaper contributed to the making of two PBS television programs Food for Thought and the award-winning Diet for a New America movie based on the book of the same name. Dr. Michael Klaper teaches that “Health Comes From Healthy Living” and is dedicated to the healing and flourishing of all living beings and our planet. Dr. Klaper graduated from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago (1972), served a medical internship at Vancouver General Hospital in British Columbia, Canada with additional training in surgery, anesthesiology, and orthopedics at the University of British Columbia Hospitals in Vancouver and in obstetrics at the University of California Hospitals in San Francisco. As Dr. Klaper’s medical career progressed, he began to realize (true to what science is bearing out today) that many of the diseases his patients presented – clogged arteries (atherosclerosis), high blood pressure (hypertension), obesity, adult onset diabetes, and even some forms of arthritis, asthma, and other significant illnesses – were made worse or actually caused by the high sugar, high fat, high salt, overly processed Standard American Diet (S.A.D.). See Dr. Klaper’s 73-minute DVD and Video On Demand, “Salt, Sugar and Oil: Could Your Favorite Flavors Be Hurting You?” Accordingly, Dr. Klaper resolutely believes that proper nutrition (through a whole food, plant-based diet) and a balanced lifestyle are essential for health and, in many cases, can make the difference between healing an illness or merely treating its symptoms. To learn how to truly thrive on a plant-based diet, see Dr. Klaper’s 99-minute Video On Demand, “Thriving on a Plant-Based Diet.” In addition to his clinical practice and private consultations with patients, Dr. Klaper is a passionate and devoted educator of physicians and other healthcare professionals about the importance of nutrition in clinical practice. Dr. Michael Klaper served as the Director of the non-profit Institute of Nutrition Education and Research from 1992 through 2015, during which time he conducted a study focusing on people who ate a completely plant-based (vegan) diet. What Will Happen if You Eat 2 Bananas a Day

05:39
Healthy food isn’t always tasty, but with regards to bananas, this isn’t the case. Did you know that bananas bring a great many benefits to your health? Eating just two bananas a day can truly transform your body in a month! Don’t miss our little bonus – it can help you look gorgeous every single day without wasting money on cosmetics. TIMESTAMPS You lose weight 0:35 Arterial pressure returns to normal 1:20 Stress levels falls 1:51 The risk of anemia falls 2:26 Digestion improves 2:57 Your vitamin deficit will be filled up 3:34 Your energy levels increase 4:24 You can also use bananas as a cosmetic 4:45 SUMMARY - The potassium contained in bananas protects your muscles from cramps, and the carbohydrates provide you with enough energy to endure a heavy workout. It’s hard to believe but the energy you get by eating two bananas is enough for a 90-minute workout! - Bananas are rich in nutrients, vitamins, and natural sugar such as sucrose and fructose. On average, one banana contains around 20% of your daily requirement of vitamin B6. This helps your body produce insulin, hemoglobin, and amino acids that are needed for the creation of healthy cells. - Bananas are easily digested and don’t irritate the gastro-intestinal tract. Resistant starch contained in bananas is not digested and ends up in the large intestine where it serves as an effective nutritional medium for healthy bacteria. - Bananas contain a lot of iron, which stimulates the production of red blood cells. Increasing the red blood cells improves blood flow in your body. - On average, each banana contains around 27 mg of magnesium. Magnesium helps your heart, muscles, and immune system function properly. - The average diet in Western culture delivers too much sodium and too little potassium. In turn, bananas contain very little sodium, but a lot of potassium, which is great for your heart health. - Bananas are rich in fiber, which makes you no longer want to eat once consumed. Bananas also contain a kind of starch that reduces your appetite and stops you gaining weight. It reduces the level of sugar in your blood and raises your body’s sensitivity to insulin. BONUS To make an amazing banana mask, you’ll need a banana, the white of one egg, the juice of one lemon, and olive oil. Mix the banana with the whipped egg white, and then add the lemon juice and a few drops of olive oil. Apply the mask before going to shower so that you can easily wash it off when you get into the tub. This mask relieves chronic fatigue and gives your skin a fresh and healthy look! Why Top Athletes Only Eat One Meal a Day

08:00
Fighter Fuel Coffee on Amazon: http://amzn.to/2BLOtfk Website: https://primedlifestyle.com/ Instagram: Primed Some of the greatest athletes and prolific achievers of this generation has one unusual trait that most people would consider outright stupid. They only eat one meal a day. Now before you start commenting about how bad and dangerous this is, just hear me out first because I have some rather shocking information that these great achievers are using to their advantage. Eating one meal a day is a disaster for unhealthy food corporations and pharmaceutical industries because they’ll go bankrupt if the majority of people followed this advice. While at the same time dramatically enhance your cognitive function along with physical well being. So in this video I’ll show you why everything you thought you knew about food is wrong, and why top athletes and high achievers only eat one meal a day. This kind of eating is an extended type of intermittent fasting where they consume calories for about an hour a day and fast for the remaining 23 hours, and they usually eat in the evening. That means no breakfast, no lunch and no eating before working out. But don’t you need to eat before working out to have good results? Well not really. It might make you feel better since you’re used to it but it’s definitely not required. Now granted this type of diet is not for everyone but you might want to give it a go since it has some crazy benefits and some of greatest athletes are doing it. Ronda Rousey is or was doing the OMAD diet when she was competing at her peak when she absolutely destroyed her competition in both Strikeforce and the UFC. After becoming the first female american to get an olympic medal in Judo in 2008 she went on to dominate MMA for a number of years. And she explains one of her secrets for her huge success in an interview with MMA Mania. She says: "It's kind of a combination of The Paleo and The Warrior diet. I pretty much eat one meal a day - which takes place at night... There is one exception to all of this each day: I get to have coffee every morning. She continues to say that she she can get more out her training on an empty stomach than she would on a full stomach. Another top athlete that follows the OMAD diet is Kohei Uchimura, a seven-time olympic medalist, 19-time world medalist and by many considered to be the greatest gymnast of all time. He recently also revealed that he only eats one time per day which came as huge surprise for most people. Before he gets to destroy his first and only meal of the day he has worked out not once but two times already. Another advantage having an empty stomach is that it he doesn’t get sick from all the spinning and flipping he does, and he says that he feels like he’s in a good state training on an empty stomach. The same goes for Gen. Stanley McChrystal who was special operations commander and also overseeing NATO forces in afghanistan. He thinks It’s extremely convenient to not have to cook and eat several meals a day and it keeps him in peak physical condition. Eating one meal a day can also dramatically enhances the cognitive function and mental clarity because in that fasted state, it forces the brain to get its fuel from ketone bodies in a process called gluconeogenesis, and happens when other energy sources are depleted. Ketones are actually the prefered source of energy for both the brain and body and can make your brain run up to 70 % more efficiently than on blood sugar and glucose. If you want to know more about this you can watch my video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=asM02Vu19hw And to cite one study “intermittent fasting has crucial effects on physical and intellectual performance by affecting various aspects of bodily physiology and biochemistry that could be important for athletic success." 9 Brain Exercises to Strengthen Your Mind

10:02
How to improve your improve your memory, sharpen your attention and focus, and boost your brain health? These gymnastics for the brain were developed by Yoshiro Tsutsumi, a Japanese researcher and author of the book Finger Self-Massage Yoshiro Tsutsumi. Starting From Scratch. The set of simple exercises described in this work focuses on improving general well-being and supporting brain health. If you repeat this short finger workout on a daily basis, the stimulation traveling from your fingers directly to your brain will help to rejuvenate your body and make your brain more efficient. Each fingertip has more than 3,000 mechanoreceptors, which act as a highway to your brain (particularly its sensory cortex). When you do a finger workout, you improve synapse connections and fire neurons, which is great for the functioning of your brain. TIMESTAMPS: Exercise #1 1:39 Exercise #2 2:45 Exercise #3 4:01 Exercise #4 5:03 Exercise #5 6:41 Exercise #6 7:06 Exercise #7 7:29 Exercise #8 8:42 Exercise #9 9:02 #brainexercises #memoryimprovment #brainhealth Music by Epidemic Sound https://www.epidemicsound.com/ SUMMARY: - #1. Repeat this exercise 15 times. Your breathing should be a bit faster than usual. The most important thing is to do the exercise smoothly and not to hurry. Try not to lower your hands, and coordinate your movements and breathing. - #2. Repeat each movement at least 10 times. Your breathing should be rhythmical, and your fingers should be spread as much as possible. - #3. Repeat these movements at least 10 times. Make sure you bend and straighten each finger thoroughly and completely. - #4. When the brain ages, your memory, attention span, and concentration weaken. Luckily, this finger workout can help you deal with this problem. The following exercises will help you improve your memory. - #5. First of all, tightly press together the fingertips of your thumb and index finger on your right hand. You should slightly curve the uppermost part of your index finger. Repeat this exercise 20 times for each hand. - #6. With the fingertip of the thumb on your right hand, press down on the bottom of your right index finger, middle finger, ring finger, and pinky in turn. You should apply effort to do this exercise. After you repeat this motion 20 times, do the same for your left hand. - #7. As you've probably understood, your brain is tightly connected to your hands. Since most people have one dominant hand, the brain hemisphere connected to this hand is more developed than the other one. Thus, lefties have a more active right hemisphere, and right-handed people enjoy a more developed left hemisphere. To activate both hemispheres, you can try the following exercises. - #8. Try to perform everyday activities like brushing your teeth, eating, opening doors, or writing with the help of your nondominant hand. This can develop new connections between the 2 hemispheres of your brain and encourage the activity of the less vigorous hemisphere. - #9. Start to write by hand more. This activity provides perfect brain stimulation and improves neuroplasticity. Specialists recommend this method to patients who suffer from memory issues or dementia. 8 Tricks to Sleep Better According to Athletes

08:05
Do you have any sleep troubles? World-famous athletes owe a lot of their success not only to their intense training but also to their sleep coaches! That's right, getting proper sleep is crucial for their performance, and they can certainly teach us all a thing or two about it. For example, even if you don’t consider yourself a necessarily light sleeper, experts still recommend using earplugs. It’s often unexpected minor noises that interrupt our sleep and lower its quality, so a simple pair of earplugs can really come in handy. When choosing earplugs, remember to check their noise reduction rating. If you want them to block most sounds, go for the highest rating there is, which is 39 decibels. TIMESTAMPS: Set a schedule based on sleep cycles 0:47 Try to sleep on your side or back 1:50 Set the appropriate temperature in your room 3:02 Invest in good bedding 3:36 Make your bedroom as dark as possible 4:24 Eat the right food 5:07 Use earplugs 6:11 Resolve your stress 6:51 #sleepproblems #insomnia #goodsleep Music by Epidemic Sound https://www.epidemicsound.com/ SUMMARY: - Sleep is usually measured in 1.5-hour cycles because that’s how much time your body needs to pass through all stages of sleep and restore itself completely. The best solution for adults is to sleep for at least 5 cycles through the night, which equals 7½ hours of rest. - Sleeping on your right side is one of the best sleep positions for your heart. It improves cardiac performance, reduces shortness of breath and palpitations, and lowers your heart rate. - The National Sleep Foundation suggests keeping your bedroom temperature at about 60-67°F. That’s because our body temperature naturally decreases to initiate sleep, and this room temperature range helps boost this important process. - The National Sleep Foundation reminds us that most mattresses have a lifespan of 8 years. If yours is much older than that, you should definitely start looking for a replacement. - Turn off the lights, close your curtains, and try to cover up all illuminated displays and buttons on your electronic devices. Achieving as much darkness as possible will help you successfully go through all stages of sleep and wake up feeling fresh as a daisy! - When you consume caffeine or fatty dishes that are high in sugar, your body temperature rises since it takes a long time for your system to digest that stuff. Of course, a higher body temperature is not what you want when it comes to sleeping. - No matter how great your mattress and pillow are, if you're feeling worried or stressed, you won't be able to sleep. So the solution is simple: try to calm down and relax before going to bed. One of the best ones is meditation! Vigorous Exercise Won't Hurt a Healthy Heart Welcome to another HealthNews video news release brought to you by HealthNews. In today’s news we look at how vigorous exercise effects a healthy heart. Some recent research articles have been warning people not to exercise too long or too hard; however, scientific and epidemiological evidence shows the contrary. In fact, vigorous exercise has been shown to strengthen a healthy heart and helps to prevent heart disease. Master athletes who compete in endurance sports have more plaques in their arteries than men of the same age who do not exercise, but the type of plaques are far less likely to break off and cause heart attacks. Older athletes in endurance sports are at an increased risk for developing atrial fibrillation, in which the upper part of the heart starts to beat irregularly, however, most of these athletes were healthy and had no obvious problems with their hearts. The fact is exercisers live longer and have far less heart damage than non-exercisers. However, if you want to start or increase the intensity or duration of your exercise program, have questions about your health, have any specific medical conditions or have heart attack risk factors, check with your doctor first. 4 Ways to Increase Mental Performance | Cognitive Boost Routine | Life Optimization- Thomas DeLauer

When blood sugar rises, insulin is released from the pancreas to move the sugar from the blood into the cells - this spike in insulin leads to a quick drop in blood sugar, leaving you feeling lethargic. Elevated Blood Sugar & Mental Clarity- Chronically high levels of blood glucose, has been linked to an elevated risk of dementia and a smaller hippocampus, a brain region critical for memory. In other words, higher levels of glucose are associated with a smaller hippocampus and worse memory. Cognitive problems often arise because amyloid plaque builds up in the brain, compromising brain function. HIIT for Mental Clarity- When you exercise, your muscle cells pump out a protein called FNDC5 - this protein, by fragmenting into a second component called irisin, ramps up production of brain-derived neurotrophic factor, or BDNF. It’s BDNF that stimulates the production of new neurons or nerve cells and actually helps your brain build new architecture - plus, BDNF protects nerve cells against damage, including damage related to aging. A study published in the journal PNAS found that in 120 older adults, that exercise increased the size of the anterior hippocampus, leading to improvements in spatial memory. Exercise increased hippocampal volume by 2%, effectively reversing age-related loss in volume by 1 to 2 years - increased hippocampal volume is associated with greater serum levels of BDNF. HIIT vs LISS – Study- A study published in the journal Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise looked at the effects of HIIT vs LISS on BDNF levels in 15 volunteers. On separate days, two subsequent 30-min endurance rides were performed at 20% below the VTh (VTh - 20) and at 10% above the VTh (VTh + 10) (ventilatory threshold) BDNF values increased from baseline after exercise at the VTh + 10 (13%) and the GXT (30%) There was no significant change in BDNF from baseline after the VTh - 20. Changes in BDNF did not correlate with VO2max during the GXT, but they did correlate with changes in lactate. Cold Water Therapy- When exposed to cold showers, the sympathetic nervous system is activated, and the blood levels of beta-endorphin and noradrenaline is increased. Norepinephrine, an organic chemical that functions in the brain and body as a hormone that can help people feel happier, naturally is released in the brain as well. The cold water can also increase production of beta endorphins, or ‘feel good’ molecules that will give you a sense of wellbeing. The electrical impulses from peripheral nerve endings to the brain stimulates the dopaminergic transmission in the mesocorticolimbic and nigrostriatal pathway. 10 Exercises to Become Taller In One Week

13:35
You may have different reasons for dreaming of becoming taller: to feel more comfortable with your taller partner, not to lag behind your tall family, and what not. Here're several simple exercises to do at home that will help you to increase your height. Everybody knows that the height depends on many factors: environment, hormones, your genes, and nutrition. But if you've always believed that you must just grin and bear it, think twice. It's hard but not impossible to change your height even after 25. Stretched muscles receive more blood as it circulates better in the stretched limbs. What is more, oxygen moves better in the whole body. All in all, this leads to a gradual natural stretch. Cobra Pose has several additional benefits, such as decreasing the stiffness of the lower back, increasing flexibility, strengthening your shoulders and arms, and firming and toning the buttocks. A longer neck you can get as a result of Neck Stretch will give you some additional height. There have been claims that by regular practice, vibration gymnastics can even prolong your life by decades. When your heels are raised, the largest blood vessels are filled with blood due to muscle contraction. And, when the heels are dropped back down, the blood turns around and immediately starts moving toward your heart, thus reducing the strain on it. At the same time, blood gets access to all the muscles, thus, allowing them to stretch much better. Skipping makes the whole body slimmer, and with a slimmer body, you look taller. Swimming is one of the most effective exercises to gain height. The thing is that it stretches both the body and the spine. Moreover, when a person is swimming, gravitation doesn't affect them. So, when they keep moving their muscles, this stretches the body extremely well simultaneously having a great effect on the spine while it gets longer. #becometaller #growfast #growtaller Music: https://www.youtube.com/audiolibrary/music TIMESTAMPS Hanging exercises 1:21 Downward Dog 2:30 Cobra Pose 3:51 Cat and Cow Stretch 4:43 Calves Stretch 6:06 Neck Stretch 7:25 Hip Flexor Stretch 8:46 Lifting up to your toes 10:18 Skipping 11:21 Swimming 12:05 SUMMARY -Try this antigravity exercise to stretch every muscle in your body stretches when you hang. -The Downward Dog exercise improves stretchability, which includes arms, legs, back, calves, and hamstrings. A well-stretched body is a taller body. -Cobra Pose helps to stretch all the muscles in your chest, shoulders, and abdominals. -Cat and Cow Stretch stretches your torso, back, and neck, what is more, it makes your spine alignment better. Also, it helps abdominal muscles get stronger, relieves back pain, and calms you down. -Calves Stretch will help you to lengthen your calf muscles. -Flexion (stretching the neck forward), and extension (stretching the neck backward) help to elongate the muscles in your neck. -Hip Flexor Stretch will super effectively stretch your hip flexors. To make the stretch more intense, lift your arms over your head and arch your body back. -Lifting up to your toes is popularly known as vibration gymnastics. By regular practice, it can even prolong your life by decades. -Skipping is a heart-pumping high-speed activity. When you skip, all the muscles and ligaments of your body stretch and contract. -The most fruitful swimming style is the breaststroke. When you use it while swimming, you extend your legs and arms straight, so your body is pulled in the opposite directions and well-stretched. Try to swim minimum five days a week for several hours, and you'll see noticeable results.
