Christine Allison is a Staff Services Manager I with the Department of Justice (DOJ), Personnel Programs. She has worked for DOJ for over ten years and has broad HR experience in the areas of classification and pay, testing and selection, and labor relations. Christine currently supervises a team of analysts who are committed to helping supervisors and managers find solutions to their human resources and employment needs. She and her team serve primarily in a consultation, advisory, and oversight capacity, handling issues related to classification and pay, employee performance, assessment, job analysis, and labor relations. Christine graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a BBA in Finance and is a member of the Personnel Testing Council of Northern California.
Dan Tokunaga, Personnel Program Advisor, Personnel Management Division (PMD), CalHR
Dan has over thirty years of education and experience in human resources that includes work in selection, training, performance management, labor relations, classification, and compensation. In addition to his role as a CalHR classification analyst, Dan develops and delivers training to support Statewide HR classification and compensation professionals. Dan also serves as a subject matter consultant on accounting, auditing, and IT job classifications. Dan graduated from UC Davis and has professional certifications and course work in quality management, labor/management negotiations, and industrial/organizational psychology.
Sharda Ramdass, Staff Services Manager I with the California Air Resources Board (ARB), Classification and Pay Section
Sharda has worked for the State for over eight years in various capacities within Human Resources. She is experienced in the areas of Classification and Pay, testing and selection, certification, and personnel transactions. Sharda currently supervises a team of five analysts who provide timely and accurate service to managers and supervisors at ARB and the California Environmental Protection Agency (Cal/EPA). The scope of her team's services include classification and pay, employee issues, and disciplinary procedures.
