You can set calls to reach a greeting stating you're out for lunch for an hour. If the business is closed after the 4 pm, you are able to automatically stop inbound calls based on the schedule you set for your business hours. How do you set business hours: Step 1: Access your business hours settings by clicking the resources menu option and select Business Hours from the drop down Step 2: Select a name for your hours and adjust the times and days of the week the office is open.
